The difference may come regarding the Ukraine war with Trump wanting to cut Ukraine off financially because they are losing and the US has therefore been throwing good money after bad. With Russia in the ascendancy, the decision may rest in Putin's hands, however, as Russia no longer trusts either NATO or Zelensky. In this scenario, neither Harris or Trump will have much say as to when the Ukraine will finally end.
I'm hoping that in at least one of the alternative universes, Kamala Harris wins the Presidential election. And that after taking the oath of office as President, the first words of her Inaugural Address will be, "I am hereby announcing a full stop to all military shipments to Israel until Israel brings itself into compliance with US and international law. The US will not support genocide while I am President."
The chances of that being the one we currently livein is unfortunately infinitely small.
